3. Pricing and Payments

• The price displayed at checkout applies to the order.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods.
• An order is considered paid only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Orders and Quantity Limits

• Each product SKU has a maximum purchase quantity of 5 units per order.
• Orders are subject to successful payment and product availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Free delivery is offered as displayed on the website.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier operations.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Approved cancellations of prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

• We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection after an order has been placed.
• Due to food-safety considerations, opened food products are generally not eligible for return.
• If a product is received damaged, incorrect, defective, expired or not as described, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible with order details and supporting photographs or videos.
• Each complaint will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable, will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
• Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
